Where does the coaching take place?
Via your telephone, Zoom, Skype, Meet, WhatsApp and FaceTime, your coaching session can be anywhere in the World. Face-to-face meetings can be arranged to suit.
When can I have my session? How much notice is needed?
Subject to availability, coaching takes place Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm. You can book your coaching session as far ahead as you need. However, I suggest a minimum of 2 working days notice from your free initial, no obligation 30 minute consultation, which allows me time to build your bespoke coaching session.
How much time should I book?
A two-hour session is an ideal starting point for most candidates. Depending on your circumstances and requirements, additional time can be booked, and I will advise accordingly.
How do I book and pay?

. Payment is taken at the time of booking, and you can pay online via internet banking.
Can you help me with a presentation?
Yes I can, and spending time on your presentation with me will be invaluable. I will help with the style, content and delivery and you will find this an extremely useful part of your interview preparation.
Do you coach for competency interviews?
Yes, I am experienced with competency based interviewing. Your coaching session will be built specifically for you, and will include coaching in all aspects of interviews including answering questions related to the competencies required in your role.
How to postpone
You can postpone a coaching session provided you give at least one week's notice, and subject to availability of an alternative date. To postpone a session, call me on 07531 279923 or email at peter@essentialinterviewcoaching.co.uk giving your order number.
How to cancel
Requests for cancellation of your booking on an Essential Interview Coaching session must be made by email at peter@essentialinterviewcoaching.co.uk. The effective time of cancellation will be taken as the date/time on which I receive written confirmation.
General cancellation fees:
Cancellation 21 days or more before the course a refund will be granted, subject to the deduction of a £20 administration fee.
Cancellation 7 days to 20 days before the course A refund will be granted subject to the deduction of an £80 administration fee.
Cancellation 2 days to 6 days or less before the course A refund will only be granted if we are able to resell your place to someone else. Such refund will be subject to a deduction of an administration fee of £80
Last minute cancellations We regret that no cancellation can be accepted in the 2 days preceding a course or an appointment or on the day of the course/appointment itself.
